Agreement Overview

This agreement is between the customer (or their authorized representative) and Prime Path Transport LLC, a licensed and bonded property broker. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be canceled at no charge before dispatch to a carrier. Full refunds will be processed within 24 business hours.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@primepathco.com.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the initial partial payment.
  • If a carrier has already been assigned, any remaining balance after the fee will be refunded.

Service Agreement & Liability

  • Prime Path Transport LLC provides estimated pickup and delivery dates but does not guarantee them due to external conditions (e.g., weather, road delays).
  • Carrier will pick up and deliver as close as safely and legally possible. Alternatives may be arranged for areas with restrictions.
  • The vehicle must be operable unless stated otherwise and prepped for transport (e.g., alarms disabled, accessories removed, 1/4 to 1/2 tank of fuel).
  • Personal belongings may not exceed one bag up to 100 lbs stored in the trunk. No hazardous, illegal, or valuable items are permitted.
  • For international shipments, the vehicle must be empty, and the customer is responsible for customs documentation. Additional port fees may apply.

Oversized or Inoperable Vehicles

Additional fees apply for oversized or non-running vehicles. These must be disclosed at booking or paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

Damage Claims & Carrier Liability

  • Damage must be documented at pickup and delivery on the Bill of Lading.
  • All claims must be filed in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Carrier insurance covers at least $750,000 in liability. Prime Path Transport LLC is not liable for damage claims—claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
